This agreement has been prepared pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

BUYER
The consumer whose name, surname, address and contact details are provided when placing the order.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose characteristics and sales price are specified below and which the BUYER orders electronically through the SELLER’s website.
3. Product and Payment Information
The product’s nature, type, quantity, brand/model, colour and sales price are as stated on the order confirmation screen and in the order confirmation email sent to the BUYER. Prices include VAT. The shipping fee is shown separately in the order summary.
4. General Provisions
- The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood the preliminary information concerning the product’s essential characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery, and that they have provided the required electronic confirmation.
- The product covered by this agreement will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER, provided that the statutory period of 30 days is not exceeded.
- If, after delivery, the BUYER’s credit card is used unlawfully by unauthorised persons through no fault of the BUYER and the relevant bank or financial institution therefore does not pay the product price to the SELLER, the product must be returned to the SELLER, provided that it has been delivered to the BUYER.
- If the SELLER cannot deliver the product within the required period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances preventing transportation, the SELLER will notify the BUYER.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason and without paying a penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the product is delivered to the BUYER or to the person at the address designated by the BUYER.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing within this period at info@minerva108.com. The product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days after the withdrawal notice reaches the SELLER.
The product must be returned complete and undamaged, together with its box, packaging and any standard accessories.
6. Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
- Cosmetic products that are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons where protective elements such as packaging, tape, seals or wrapping have been opened after delivery,
- Products prepared in accordance with the BUYER’s requests or personal needs,
- Products that may deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date may pass.
Note: The right of withdrawal applies to unopened and unused cosmetic products.
7. Defective Products
If the delivered product is damaged, defective or different from the order, the BUYER must notify the SELLER within 48 hours of delivery. In this case, all costs, including shipping, will be borne by the SELLER and the product will be replaced free of charge or its price will be refunded.
8. Payment and Delivery
Payments may be made by credit card, debit card or bank transfer/EFT. Credit card payments are processed securely with 3D Secure through the iyzico payment infrastructure. The SELLER does not see or store the BUYER’s card details.
9. Resolution of Disputes
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER’s place of residence are authorised within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
10. Entry into Force
When the BUYER completes payment for an order placed through the website, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force upon confirmation of the order.
