Red Clover

The botanical every Minerva108 formula starts a conversation with.

Anatolian-sourced, isoflavone-rich, and the signature ingredient behind our skin care line.

Red clover is the botanical every Minerva108 formula starts a conversation with. It's why our night cream, day cream, serum, toner, eye cream, hand cream, lip balm and clay mask all carry the same name in the ingredient list — and why we built an entire skin care line around it.

Why Anatolia

Trifolium pratense — red clover — grows wild across the Anatolian countryside, where researchers describe the region as the plant's motherland: the place it originates and where it develops some of its richest concentrations of isoflavones. In Turkish folk tradition, its flowers have been prepared as infusions for generations. We source ours from that same Anatolian ground, working with an extract profile chosen for its isoflavone content rather than buying a commodity ingredient off a price list.

What it's doing in your routine

Across our red clover formulas — from the Hyaluronic Acid Serum to the Anti-Dark Spot Cream, Eye Contour Cream and Radiance Duo — the same isoflavones (chiefly biochanin A and formononetin) are doing the work: supporting the skin's natural renewal process, acting as antioxidants, and helping maintain an even, healthy-looking tone over time. Different products lean on different parts of that same botanical — brightening in the clay mask and dark spot cream, firming in the day and night creams, softening in the hand cream and lip balm.

The full picture

We don't think a signature ingredient should be a marketing word without substance behind it. If you want the research — the actual clinical trials, what they found, and where the evidence is still thin — we've written it up in full, isoflavone by isoflavone, study by study.
